P.K. Management Group, Inc. (PKMG) is a national real estate management company with extensive experience in managing and preserving residential and commercial properties. Since its inception in 2005, the firm has performed as a Prime Contractor for Federal agencies, a Preferred Vendor for institutional, bank, and mortgage servicers, and operated as a Subcontractor to various government and private sector clients.
PKMG provides field services to the Single Family Residential (SFR) industry. These services include rental turns, property rehab, and maintenance. Our clients depend on our experience and ability to deliver quality services on time and on budget. PKMG services thousands of properties per year for our SFR clients. In addition to servicing SFR clients, our firm has provided property preservation and maintenance services to regional/national banks and mortgage servicers.
PKMG has also held Prime Contracts with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Fannie Mae to perform Field Service Management (FSM) and property preservation services for government REO portfolios. Our Team has serviced Government Contracts nationally, encompassing 38 states and territories. Services include property inspection, property preservation, quality control, Utility/HOA payment processing, and managing environmental subcontractors.
PKMG also serves the demand for property management and leasing services. We have the experienced personnel and resources to manage assets for Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE) and institutional investors with diverse real estate holdings.
