Property preservation and inspection contract awarded to conduct commercial and residential inspections in 13 Western states.
U.S. Department of Agriculture
Provide property management and maintenance services to rural properties in Illinois, Washington, and Oregon. Volume and coverage areas continue to expand.
M&M Mortgage Services, Inc.
Provide full property preservation services for Freddie Mac and multiple residential loan servicing firms in the State of Florida.

HUD Management and Marketing Program (M&M 3.10) Field Service Management
Prime Field Service Management (FSM) Contract for HUD-Contract Area 3A, 4S, and 6S. This Contract Area included Illinois, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Nevada, and Idaho. PKMG provided full property management, maintenance, and preservation services for HUD's REO inventory all six states.

Prime Field Service Management (FSM) Contract for HUD-Contract Area 2D. This Contract Area includes South Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. PKMG provides full property management, maintenance, and preservation services for HUD's REO inventory all six states.
HUD Management and Marketing Program (M&M 3.6) Field Service Management
Prime Field Service Management (FSM) Contractor for six HUD-Contract Areas. These Contract Areas include 3A (IL), 4A (IN, KY), 6A (MS, AL, TN), 4S (NV, ID), 5A (NC, SC), and 6S (WA, OR, AK). PKMG provides full property management, maintenance, and preservation services for HUD's REO inventory across thirteen states.
HUD Management and Marketing Program (M&M III) Field Service Management
Provided full property management, maintenance, preservation, and environmental services for approximately 6,000 properties per year. In addition, PKMG performed back office functions on these contracts, including utility and Home Owner's Association (HOA) payment processing. PKMG served as Prime Contractor in Contract Areas 2A (FL, GA, AL, MS, PR, and USVI) and 1S (AZ, NV, and ID). This inventory included managing tenant occupied properties.
PKMG also served as a subcontractor in an additional 38 states. We provided property inspections and environmental services (termite inspections/treatments, Lead Based Paint inspections, treatments, and abatement) for HUD M&M III inventory.
HUD M&M II
As a subcontractor, served as the Property Management Center for the State of Florida. Provided full property management, maintenance, and preservation services for HUD properties. At the peak of this subcontract, PKMG was managing over 2,500 properties in Florida.
