Pedro Kolychkine - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kolychkine serves as PKMG’s President and CEO. After two decades in the property management and preservation business, he has designed, developed, and administered policies and programs governing all aspects of property management required for real property assets from assignment through disposition. Through numerous prime and sub contracts, Mr. Kolychkine has serviced the following institutions throughout his career: Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Marshals Services, Freddie Mac, Citibank Group, GMAC and other banks/mortgage servicing firms. He has held an active Florida Real Estate license for over 18 years.

Albert Martinez - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Martinez brings a wealth of real estate operations, asset management, and consulting experience to the PKMG organization. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Martinez manages the day-to-day operations of the various contracts and service lines PKMG performs, drives project timelines and creates staffing plans for the lifecycle of client projects. He also devises the business plans, proposals, corporate strategy, and feasibility studies for the future growth of the organization. Through various contracts, including the HUD M&M 3.6 Prime Contracts, Mr. Martinez manages commercial and residential property management and preservation operations nationwide.

David Rodriguez - Chief Financial Officer

As PKMG's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the accounting department and maintaining effective financial controls. Mr. Rodriguez serves as the senior executive leader to the CEO on the company’s financial, budgeting, administrative processes, including HR, payroll, and benefit functions. He also manages other areas of the business including: forecasting, cash flow management, staff training and development, technical accounting research, audit support, continuing professional education, tax planning, compliance liaison, regulatory compliance (e.g. SBA, local, state, and federal compliance), and developing banking and credit relationships.
